Starting the week of September 13, you’ll see a new presentation for
‘Planned Service Change’ posters in your subway station.

Taking your train off its normal route to allow for maintenance and construction
work in the subway is essential on our 24/7 subway system. 

Getting around during these reroutes can be confusing and frustrating. 
So, based on discussions with many of our customers, we’ve made changes. 
These web pages will introduce you to the new look of service information.

It’s all part of our effort to ensure that you know where you can get consistent and
reliable information about when and where reroutes are happening, so you can
make the best choices to complete your trip.
